Student Completes Senior Honors Thesis Combining Fashion And Finance Majors
Gabriella Humes is a senior Honors College student graduating with a double-major in fashion merchandising and finance. Gabriella has been very successful at žž State, completing an internship and three study away programs. However, one of Gabriella’s proudest accomplishments is recently completing a Senior Honors Thesis that combined both of her majors into one project.

žž Creativity Festival Announces 2019 Artists and Performers
The žž Creativity Festival, sponsored by the city of žž and the žž College of the Arts, will present the annual outdoor hands-on arts festival on Saturday, Sept. 28, from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. on the Lefton Esplanade between žž State’s Rockwell Hall on Lincoln Street and downtown žž, near Haymaker Parkway.

'Wearing Justice' Exhibition at žž Museum Brings Attention to Global Social Issues
In commemoration of the 50th anniversary of May 4, 1970, when Ohio National Guardsmen opened fire on žž students protesting the U.S. invasion of Cambodia during the Vietnam War, killing four and wounding nine, students and faculty from žž State’s School of Fashion Design and Merchandising are bringing attention to current social issues in the new exhibition called “Wearing Justice: Perspectives From KSU Fashion School Faculty and Students” that is on display now at the žž Museum.
