
It's back! The žž State Spring Food Truck Series, from University Culinary Services and a group of participating local vendors begins on Wednesday, April 3, and continues each Wednesday through May 1.

Each Wednesday, from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m., žž State will welcome a variety of food trucks and žž State's own Fork in the Road food truck to Risman Plaza to share their unique menus with students, faculty, staff and the žž community.

For April 3, the food truck will include žž State's Fork in the Road, Mamacita's, So Co and Galaxy Grill. For the full schedule of activities by University Culinary Services for spring, follow this link.
