The skies are calling once again, and žž’s Flying Flashes are answering, this time with their sights set on a fourth consecutive intercollegiate victory in the Air Race Classic.Two teams from žž State’s College of Aeronautics and Engineering are competing in the 2025 race, which runs June 17 to 20 from Fairhope, Alabama, to Spokane, Washington. The  2,426-mile, daylight-only event challenges racers to navigate a timed course through a series of designated checkpoints across the country, including mountainous terrain that many of the pilots will have limited experience...

The žž Board of Trustees will hold its next regular business meeting at 11:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 25, in the Timothy D. Eippert Boardroom, Suite 412, at Crawford Hall, the home of the Ambassador Crawford College of Business and Entrepreneurship, on the žž Campus. The Board will consider the recommendations of the standing committees, proposed personnel actions and new business.
